D.P.L Electrical Services was founded by Daniel Leggett after more than two decades on Oxfordshire jobsites — domestic refurbishments in Oxford, commercial fit-outs in Bicester, full rewires in the villages around Witney and Banbury. What we specialise in. EICRs, consumer unit upgrades, full and partial rewires, OZEV-grade EV charger installations, fault finding, emergency call-outs, and ongoing electrical maintenance. We work to the 18th Edition of BS 7671, self-notify under Part P where required, and issue full electrical installation certificates and minor works certificates with every job.

As a NICEIC Domestic Installer we self-notify notifiable work under Part P. Your installation certificate is issued in your name and lodged with NICEIC — protecting your house sale, your insurer, and your warranty.
